Arrival time is from 5pm.
On the day of your departure, you will have until 10 a.m. to return the keys to your accommodation.
Access for families is refused in the following cases:
- if the number of participants exceeds the capacity of the rented accommodation or pitch (including babies and children)
- presence of an animal in an accommodation where animals are not allowed presence of persons whose identities are not mentioned in the booking contract
- presence of more than 2 animals in authorized accommodation
A supplement of €8/day (for the first vehicle) and €10/day (for the second vehicle) will be automatically applied for hybrid and electric vehicles. You must declare the type of motorization of your vehicle to the campsite before your arrival.
An email will be sent to you a few days before your arrival to register your bank imprint via the secure Payzen platform. When you register your credit card, you authorize Camping Le Calypso to use it in the following cases:
- Departure inventory not in conformity with arrival inventory. In the event of non-conformity, you will be charged the cost of restoring the premises and the value of any missing or damaged equipment (see appendix). A fee of €150 will be deducted if the accommodation or individual bathroom facilities have not been cleaned on the day of departure.
- Damage to or soiling of: the pitch, sanitary facilities, rented equipment, shared facilities, etc. (non-exhaustive list)
- Noise disturbance (100€/nightly cleaning)
- Amount not paid on departure
- Rental equipment not returned
- Exceeding departure time: 20€/exceeded departure time
You can choose your pitch number, a supplement of 40€ will be charged. If you wish to be next to another family and have pitches next to each other, a supplement of 20 € will be charged. Without this specific request (subject to availability), a pitch will be allocated to you according to a random computer selection.
