Residence in a pleasant, green setting 50m from the beach and close to shops, restaurants and the market.
The apartment is located on the top floor without elevator, and comprises a shower room with semi-separate toilet, a living room with fully-equipped kitchen (electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle), a dining area and a lounge area with a double sofa bed and TV.
The living room leads to a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, and a terrace on the clape side.
Optional extras: household linen is not provided, but can be booked in advance and collected when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: €12.00 / towel kit: with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
WIFI BOX rental: 39 € / week
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be paid before your arrival (no cash or cheques).
We are Chèques Vacances approved.
Not suitable for PRM.
Tourist tax is extra.
Keys are to be collected from the Citygest agency between 3pm and 6pm during the summer season.
