The main house has a welcoming first floor with a living room featuring a BZ sofa bed for 2 people and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and filter and pod coffee makers. A terrace lets you enjoy meals al fresco, while a laundry room with washer and dryer offers convenience and practicality. The first floor also includes a WC, a garage with barbecue, deckchairs and other relaxation equipment, as well as a second, covered wooden terrace that opens onto a lush, wooded garden.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed, the other with two 90 cm single beds. A functional shower room and separate WC complete this floor.
The independent studio is just as charming, with its wooden terrace overlooking the wooded garden. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, filter and capsule coffee makers. The living area features a BZ sofa for 1 person, while the sleeping area offers a 140 cm double bed. A shower room with WC completes this well-appointed studio.
The entrance via the street gate is shared with the owners, offering security and conviviality. The house is centrally located, close to shops, restaurants, local attractions and the beach, and has all the facilities you need for a carefree stay, including free Wi-Fi internet access.
