This comfortable, central apartment, located just a 4-minute walk from the Rambla de Vilanova, is perfect for families who want the convenience of being close to restaurants and stores, but still want to be able to travel by car to enjoy the beach and all that Garraf has to offer. One of the pluses of this apartment is that it has private parking (please note that the car cannot be very large).
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a 150x200 double bed, a private bathroom with shower and a small balcony where you can enjoy the summer afternoons.
The other is a spacious, comfortable room with two 90x200 single beds, one under the other.
The second bathroom has a bathtub, sink and washbasin.
The kitchen, although very well equipped, does not have a dishwasher. It is located next to the dining room, which has a small terrace at the back where you can enjoy an aperitif or a good meal.
The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, as well as Wi-Fi connection.
Outside the apartment, on the third floor, you'll find a laundry room equipped with washing machine, sink and clothes hanger.
The water heater and stove are electric.
