The house is located in a privileged position in Stintino, with a splendid view of the enchanting sea in front of the Asinara Island. The original furnishings in Sardinian style, starting from the masonry structure with Stintinese stone which recalls the local architecture to the finely decorated benches, from the traditional fabrics to the ornamental use of fine Sardinian ceramics, fully reflect the essence of Sardinia, creating a welcoming and authentic atmosphere.
On the first floor, the apartment has a double bedroom, large living room with dining area, TV and sofa bed, allowing you to comfortably accommodate additional guests, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay and a bathroom with spacious shower.
Upstairs there is a practical mezzanine with two single beds, ideal for hosting additional family members or friends.
