Villa Turchese is located in Geremeas 2, adjacent to the Geremeas Country Club and Cala Serena Resort, south of Sardinia. It is approximately 15 km from Villasimius and about 40 km from Cagliari Elmas International Airport.
This beautiful end-of-terrace house is surrounded by a lush garden, ideal for outdoor relaxation. The garden has outdoor furniture and a barbecue with a sink, perfect for enjoyable grill sessions.
Cosy and Well-Equipped Interiors
The main entrance leads directly to the living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a large freezer, a television, and a modern induction cooktop with two burners. For maximum convenience, the kitchen is also fitted with a dishwasher. The house has three water heaters: one for the outdoor shower, one for the bathroom, and one for the kitchen.
An air conditioning unit is strategically placed in the corridor's ceiling to ensure an ideal climate, connecting the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The house is also equipped with a washing machine with a drying function.

On the left of the kitchen is a bathroom with a shower. The main double bedroom has a ceiling fan and a large chest of drawers and has independent access from the garden. The other double bedroom, also with independent access, has a wardrobe and a private bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets to ensure a peaceful sleep.

The nearest supermarket is at the Geremeas Country Club and is easily accessible on foot via the beach. In the same area, there is a restaurant-pizzeria, which is also accessible on foot through the beach. A few steps from the house, a small public garden is set up as a children's playground.
