The apartment is double-glazed and the bedroom is set back from the street.

Location
Perpignan, the capital of Roussillon and Pyrénées-Orientales, is nicknamed "la belle Catalane". It owes this nickname to its strong Catalan identity, which it shared with Dalí, the master of Surrealism, who in 1965 proclaimed the Perpignan train station the center of the world.
