Luxury apartment in Roses, a stone's throw from the beach with a promenade that

The apartment is newly built in 2015.
It has good quality wifi, satellite TV and communal
jacuzzi for all 7 apartments in the building.
It also has air conditioning, heating, washing machine, iron,
dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker,
hairdryer and kitchen utensils. Baby cot and high chair
on request in advance :)

It has one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds.
There is a bathroom and WC. In the living room, there's a sofa bed for

The area where the apartment is located is very quiet. It has the best part
of the beach just a stone's throw from the apartment, as it is wider and more natural.
You can enjoy a short walk that takes you to the center of
roses without having to use your car.

tenants. You should check space availability before entering. But
normally there is no problem to find a free parking space near the building.
