A spacious private terrace with lounging and the option of open-air dining is the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the pleasant weather. Meanwhile, the exclusive pool is perfect for dips in summertime and sunbathing, thanks to its delightfully sunny location.
Inside, the spacious living room is furnished with ample sofa seating and a Smart TV centred around a large glass coffee table. The open kitchen completes the modern living room layout. It is equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a fridge and a toaster. Furthermore, all bedrooms of the villa are air-conditioned for ultimate relaxation.
Laundry and ironing facilities are available too for added comfort and convenience.

Bedrooms 1 and 2: Both bedrooms have a double bed, en-suite bathrooms and a wardrobe.

Location
The inviting Scandinavian-style holiday villa is located just a 10-minute walk to the seafront and the Puerto de Cabopino with its fantastic beaches, in a protected dune space. Cabopino begins from Senda del Litoral, a fantastic coastal path best explored on foot or bicycle. Dunas de Artola, one of the most highly valued natural spaces in the region, is also within easy access to the villa. It is especially known for offering amazing hiking opportunities.
There is a wide range of activities for guests to indulge in within convenient distance of the complex such as golf courses and water sports facilities. Some of the most well-known beaches of Marbella- Cabopino, Artola, La Fontanilla, Venus, San Pedro de Alcántara and the famed Puerto Banús- are also only a 5-minute drive or within 15-25 minute walking distance from here.
Tourists also love to explore Marbella's historic quarter, its streets, and the beauty of its traditional Andalusian architecture. The Spanish town of Fuengirola is hardly an 18-minute drive from the house known for its sandy beaches and Moorish castle. It hosts several concerts, festivals and the medieval market which are quite popular among tourists. The nearest airport is Málaga Airport which is about 40 minutes away.
Supermarkets and restaurants are within a 10-minute walking radius for a carefree self-catering holiday. A damage deposit of 1500EUR has to be paid locally.
