This house, located in Nea Epidavros, is ideal for 11 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a furnished terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 11 or outside, on the terrace.
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed, and 1 including 5 single beds Several bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet and one with a shower and a toilet.
The house features air conditioning, a washing machine, ironing equipment, a fan and mosquito nets.
Note that the cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.

The house is a large traditional building with thick walls built in 1860, completely renovated recently, but steeped in the history of a family for 6 generations. it has a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large dining room for twelve people, a living room with stone fireplace, but above all a breathtaking panoramic view of a large olive grove and the neighboring mountains. 2 bathrooms : one with large bathtub and shower, 2 marble sinks, toilet, the other with shower/sink/toilet. to accompany morphée: 2 bedrooms with double beds, a large attic bedroom with 5 single beds (four can be doubled) and a double sofa bed in the living room, (2 additional beds are possible on request). a covered pergola, 70 m², with double roof, under a traditional hexagonal stone colonnade, with all the exterior fittings (tables, chairs, kitchen area, pizza/bread oven, barbecue/rotisserie/gas cooker, rest area) will be able to welcome you for your meals. you will enjoy a 200m² front terrace (shaded by century-old mulberry trees), a 30m² terrace/solarium overlooking the swimming pool (under renovation). calm guaranteed in a 3 ha plantation of olive trees, citrus trees, fig trees, prickly pears, pomegranate trees, etc. with a view of the sea of the saronic gulf from its mountainous part. the sea and its wide beach of one km, are little frequented and just 5’ walk from the house. you will find some traditional taverns there where you can eat with your feet in the water. you can also swim in charming wild coves. for amenities, a supermarket is 10' walk away, the house is close (2 km) to a typical village (nea epidavros) clinging to a rocky peak, with 38 orthodox churches/chapels for believers, or less believers and a castle built in the 13th century by a champagne crusader, prince of achaie guillaume ii de villehardouin.. please note that cleaning, towels, sheets and parking are included in the price. the tourist tax is to be paid on site. smoking is not permitted inside. animals are allowed on prior request. parties are not allowed. Highlights of the rental: traditional stone house, built in 1860, renovated in 1969, renovated again and enlarged in 2015-2020 located on a 3 ha olive/citrus plantation farm. 600 m from the sea. great light/panoramic view of the olive grove and the surrounding mountains and the saronic gulf very quiet location without crowding. ideally located close to the main sites to see in the peloponnese and only 1h30’ by car from athens. The picturesque village perched on a rock, historic because it hosted the first assembly of greece in 1821 after 4 centuries of ottoman occupation, its frankish/bysantine castle. walks in the surrounding orange groves. By car less than half an hour: the site of the god of medicine aesculapius (its famous ancient theater with incredible acoustics, museum, stadium, thermal baths, temples, etc.), the splendid port village of palea epidavros with its small amphitheater, its ancient sunken city, its traditional taverns. the monasteries of agnoutos 11th century, avgo and elona built within a steep rocky cliff, kalami 17th century, “philisophe” 10th century. the ancient city of nemea and its famous vineyards. the beautiful old town of nafplio, its palamedes fortress built by the venetians (one of the largest in europe), mycenae, tiryns, argos its castle and its amphitheater. corinth, its castle, temple, its spectacular isthmus, the volcanic peninsula of methana (the ancient sulfur baths of pausanias),….. By car less than 3 hours: mystra its byzantine churches, monemvasia (its medieval city planted on the peak of a rocky islet), kalamata, methoni, magne, olympia, patras, the splendid arched bridge of rio antirion, and a plethora of frankish, byzantine, venetian, turkish castles. Boat tour: the islands of the saronic gulf: hydra, spetsse, aegina, poros, angistri,….
