In the small village of Termes, overlooking the Cantal lead, spacious detached stone house with character, ideal for lovers of space and nature (hiking++ ,mushrooms, fishing on Aubrac and Margeride). Close to two thalassotherapy centers: La Chaldette and Chaudes Aigues, as well as three gourmet restaurants: Cyril Attrazic in Aumont Aubrac, S Viera in Chaudes Aigues and M. Bras in Laguiole, plus a restaurant in the village. First floor: kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave), pantry (washing machine), dining room (70 m²), living room (TV, fireplace and alcove), shower room, WC.
