Stay in the heart of downtown Marseille in the Cinq Avenues district in this functional 30 m2 studio with a real double bed and a sunny balcony. Metro, bus and shops in the immediate vicinity.
Space
Our 30 m2 studio, located on Boulevard Françoise Duparc on the 2nd floor (no elevator), offers a well-appointed living space. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, which features a dining table, sofa and TV corner. The sleeping area includes a double bed and storage space in the living room. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet. Its central Marseille location and proximity to public transport (bus, metro, streetcar) make it an ideal choice.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 250

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

The atmosphere is serene: cinemas, schools, convenience stores and small supermarkets keep the neighborhood lively during the day and extremely quiet in the evening. Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. The Cinq Avenues Longchamp metro station is less than 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. You can visit the Old Port (15 min by streetcar), museums (Mucem, Musée Cantini), Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches. You can do your shopping at Place Sébastopol, a 1-minute walk from the apartment.
