Welcome to our comfortable vacation home La Maison Océane de la Sauzaie in Bretignolles sur Mer, ideally located close to the sea and the Sauzaie beach, offering the perfect setting for a successful vacation.

A hallway with a large living area featuring a fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, thermomix, pod coffee maker), a dining area with table and chairs, a sitting area with two sofas, coffee table, furniture and TV, audio system and wifi, a large paved terrace with garden furniture and awning. a master suite with a 140cm double bed, bedside tables, a shower room with walk-in shower and towel dryer, a separate toilet.
First floor:
A staircase leads to a hallway with a shower room, vanity unit, towel dryer and walk-in shower, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), two bedside tables and a single bed (90cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), two bedside tables and a dressing room, a bedroom with a double bunk bed (90cm) and a dressing room.
A parking lane in front of the house for two cars gives access to the garage and the entrance.
End-of-stay cleaning included.
Deposit payable (€300) via SWIKLY application (credit card pre-authorization).
