ROSE Vacances offers you this charming, authentic, stone town house, renovated and beautifully decorated, functional and ideally located a stone's throw from the town centre of Les Sables d'Olonne and 1 kilometre from the Vendée Globe village.
This two-storey house can accommodate up to 8 people.
Situated in the train station area of Les Sables d'Olonne and close to all the town's amenities (Port Olona, town centre, train station, large beach), this modern, well-equipped house will welcome you with peace of mind for a good time with family or friends!
You'll enjoy a lovely lounge-living room-kitchen area, with two sofas, coffee tables, a TV, WiFi and a dining table with 8 chairs, ideal for a good meal or an evening of board games!
A separate, fully-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, kettle with toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, X3 induction hob, coffee machine (Filtres + Nespresso), etc.
A separate toilet on the ground floor.
On the night side, upstairs you'll find a first master suite with a double bed (140cm), two bunk beds (2x80cm), bedside tables and wardrobe. This bedroom has an en suite shower room with shower cubicle, heated towel rail and WC, followed by a second master suite with a double bed (160cm), foldaway bunk beds (2x90cm), bedside tables and en suite shower room with shower, heated towel rail and WC. The little extra in this room: a pretty, romantic balcony!
Outside, you'll find a well-exposed, peaceful, fully enclosed terrace where you can sip an aperitif or relax after a day on the beach. Garden furniture, parasol and gas hob, ideal for barbecues, complete this inviting place to relax!
