It is located on the 1st floor and has a breathtaking view of the port and La Vie. The living room and the independent kitchen open onto a south-west facing balcony, facing the port. Ideal for 4 to 6 people, the beautiful, bright living room consists of a comfortable living room and an open kitchen. Both bedrooms are equipped with a cupboard/wardrobe and one of them has a water feature and opens onto a small laundry room (ideal for drying towels and swimsuits!). the bathroom has been completely redone. The WC/hand basin are independent. A car park located in a residence 150m away is at your disposal to park your vehicle, and bicycles can be stored in the cellar.
