Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in Courseulles-sur-Mer, 300 meters from the sea, we offer this charming 49 m² apartment for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Wifi included!
The apartment is composed as follows:
- 47 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with access to balcony
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with bathtub

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:

The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Play mini-golf, skate park or pétanque.
