Restored farmhouse set on a hillside overlooking the Arno Valley plain. Surrounded by olive groves and verdant forests in a relaxing idyllic setting, it makes for a peaceful vacation. The location allows art and culture lovers to quickly reach some of Tuscany's most famous cities: Pisa with its tower on the Piazza dei Miracoli, Lucca and its ancient ramparts, Volterra and its Etruscan remains. Florence is also within easy reach in just 1 hour by car. Those who like to laze on the beach will appreciate the beaches of Versilia. In front of the house is a lovely terrace with barbecue facilities for outdoor dining, and on one side, on a suspended terrace, the swimming pool (11x3.50m; depth 1.40m)(18/5-12/10). Cots (free), domestic help and Internet use payable on site are available on request. Central heating. Parking on property. PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals are between 4pm and 7:30pm. For arrivals between 7:30pm and 10:30pm a supplement of 35 Euros will be charged. Small pets are accepted only with the owner's agreement at the time of booking confirmation. Access via 1 km of dirt road unsuitable for sports cars. For cleaning and tidiness reasons, bed linen and towels must be rented (12 euros/person/change).
