Ancient farmhouse (450 m2) situated in the heart of Tuscany near San Gimignano in a typically Tuscan countryside whose beautiful hills create a harmonious setting. The particularly panoramic position of the property allows you to admire the characteristic town of S. Gimignano, which is abt 3 km away. The peaceful position creates an ideal departure point for organizing daytrips to discover the surrounding landscapes and medieval hamlets. In the restoration the original structure has been preserved, paying particular attention to the material used and every last detail. The result has added value to the architectural style giving it a noteworthy charm. The house is surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept, equipped fenced in garden with swimming pool (12x6, depth min 1,15 m to 1.70 m)(01/05-30/09 open from 9.00am to 8.00pm), solarium and gazebo equipped for outdoor dining. The pool house hosts a summer kitchen with WC. On request (to be asked at the moment of booking) and to be paid on the spot: extra cleaning, cook, cooking lessons, tastings (min. number of participants) in the owner farmhouse, internet (wi-fi).
