This spacious, comfortable apartment is perfect for a holiday with family or friends.
It's 70 square meters, has two bedrooms with plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to six people.

This spacious luxury accommodation is fully equipped and was refurbished in 2020.
Located on the 3ᵉ floor with elevator, it comprises:
- 2 bedrooms with double beds; 180x220 and 140x200
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen with induction hob and oven ;
- a bathroom with bathtub;
- a living room with a large convertible sofa (which can accommodate two travelers);
- two terraces: a larger one with unobstructed views of the mountains and Thiou river (see photos), and another adjacent to the two bedrooms with a hammock for relaxing after a day's sightseeing or hiking.

Everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a fridge/freezer,

The apartment is conveniently located:
- Access to the center of Annecy via a charming forest path along the Thiou river;
- Only 15 minutes on foot or 8 to 10 minutes by bike from the center of Annecy;
- The Place de Cran-Gevrier is a two-minute walk away, offering bars, restaurants, pizzeria, boutiques, Intermarché supermarket for daily shopping, greengrocer, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, tobacconist, cinema, cheese shop, florist, hairdresser, market on Thursday and Sunday mornings... ;
- Annecy Vélos bike rental station 2 minutes away.
- Semi-electric bicycles available for hire, with the first hour free, followed by a charge of €1.5 per hour.
