500 meters from the beach, very pretty house under the pines, fully renovated, large living room with sofa and TV, large new fitted kitchen with oven, electric hob and fridge-freezer, storeroom area with cupboards and microwave oven. A first bedroom with an 80cm trundle bed and a second underneath, a second bedroom with a 140cm bed and a third bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds; shower room with vanity unit and double walk-in shower, separate WC. Access to the garage with washing machine and storage space for bicycles or other nautical equipment. A private parking space is available on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
