Bright and welcoming, it comprises an entrance hall, two bedrooms, each with its own balcony overlooking the greenery, a new shower room with washing machine, separate wc, a large living room with sofa bed and a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker).
The highlight? The south-west-facing terrace with furniture and awning, offering a magnificent sunny view of the port and sea. You can enjoy 360° views of the exterior from the balconies that surround the entire apartment.

You can leave your bike either outside in a closed parking lot (no private parking space!), or inside the building in a storage area, along with your windsurfing board.

Le Pouliguen's daily market is surrounded by all the shops you'll need. Plage Benoît extends into the Bay of La Baule. Swimming, long walks and water sports are yours for the taking! You can also cycle along the embankment and at the foot of the villas. After that, you'll have earned a taste of the famous niniches! For a change of scenery, you can explore the ramparts of Guérande or the marshes of the Brière Regional Park, just a few kilometers away.

LA BAULE

A seaside resort on the Côte d'Amour bordering the Atlantic Ocean, the Bay of Le Pouliguen - La Baule - Pornichet joined the Club of the World's Most Beautiful Bays in November 2011.
The town is famous for its magnificent beach, shopping avenues (Lajarrige and De Gaulle), grand hotels and casino.
The market is also very popular with locals and tourists alike.

LA BAULE is also :

- History: Saint-Aignan church. 1866: designed in neo-Gothic style by architect Benjamin Ricard, it was built on the site of the former church destroyed by fire in 1861. It contains, among other things, a small gallery organ which has been dismantled and some parts left in place. It was bombed during the Second World War, on June 17, 1940.
- Sports: La Baule's Barrière International Golf Club, with 3 courses ranging from 9 to 18 holes. La Baule international jumping, thalasso, Sporting club de Tennis, sailing school, fishing on foot and various water sports (jet ski, fly fish, paddle...).
