Description of the accommodation:
With 343 m² of living space, the villa is distributed over two floors connected by an interior staircase. On the main floor we find a comfortable living room with air conditioning, large sofa and TV to relax, a dining room, a double bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. A fully equipped kitchen and a pleasant living-dining room with a large table for 8 people and a nice window through which a beautiful natural light enters all year round. A second double bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. Going down the stairs, we access the lower floor of the villa where we find a double bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower, a bathroom with shower and the fourth bedroom with air conditioning and double bed.

The villa has a large terrace with that and chairs for dining and eating outside under cover, a sun lounger area for sunbathing and a nice pool with comfortable stairs to access inside, and the element that gives name to the villa, the nice waterfall, which decorates and makes special the whole pool area. A gas barbecue and outdoor shower for the pool.
