On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room with TV and library, a dining room with fireplace adjoining a fully-equipped kitchen, and a toilet with washbasin. On the 1st floor, you'll find a games room (TV, books, games, toys), 2 double bedrooms (160x200) and a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x200 can be made into a double bed). On the 2nd floor, you'll find a double room (160x200), a twin room (2 beds 90x200 that can be made into a double bed + extra bed for a child or teenager) and a suite comprising a private lounge and a bedroom (160x200). Each room has its own private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy the garden furniture and lounge, barbecue and deckchairs. Petanque and darts. Aromatic garden with free access. Parking on the property and in front of the house. Beds made, towels and household linen provided. All charges included (heating, wood, cleaning). In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 5 minutes from a freeway exit, come and stay in this magnificent 18th-century waterfront Moulin (children under adult supervision). You'll appreciate the bucolic setting in a calm, green environment, as well as the refined interior decoration combining the cachet of the old and the modern.
