Modern apartment for 3 guests, boasting fantastic views of the city of Makarska, the sea, and the Dalmatian islands of Hvar and Brac. Situated on the first floor, the apartment features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a hallway, an open-plan living area with a sofa bed, and a kitchen with a dining table, as well as a 6m² terrace with sea views, equipped with an awning and seating.
The living area includes a kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishes, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and microwave, as well as the dining area.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200cm) and offers sea views. An additional person can sleep on the sofa in the living area. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, with a hairdryer provided, along with towels and bed linen. A washing machine is available on the ground floor of the house.
Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge, as well as air conditioning in all rooms. Guest parking is available directly at the house. The apartment is 35m² in size, with an additional 6m² for the terrace.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a communal area known as the Konoba, equipped with a built-in barbecue and seating area.
The apartment building is located in a quiet residential area on Veliko Brdo, the hill overlooking the city of Makarska, surrounded by olive groves and lush greenery. The sea and beach are approximately 1km away, and the city center of Makarska is 1,5km away.
