Welcome to Design Villa SkyBlue, a paradise amidst the enchanting nature of Dalmatia. This first-class accommodation offers the highest level of comfort and absolute privacy, while you are captivated by the picturesque views.
Design Villa SkyBlue impresses with generously designed bedrooms, each with integrated bathrooms, as well as an impressive large, heated swimming pool and a panoramic terrace with modern sun loungers and lounge furniture, offering a breathtaking view of the sea - a real highlight.
The main terrace with the 43m² heated swimming pool, sun loungers and an outdoor shower invites you to relax and enjoy. A large covered outdoor terrace provides a shady retreat, which also serves as an outdoor dining area with a sea view.
On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 4 people and an inviting living room with access to the pool terrace, from which you can enjoy the majestic view of the Adriatic Sea. The open living room is furnished with a cosy sofa, an OLED flat-screen TV and a fireplace. A desk is also available here.
On the ground floor, you will also find the entrance hall with a wardrobe and mirror, a guest toilet and a room with a washing machine and cleaning utensils.
On the first floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms with box-spring beds (king size) and integrated bathrooms, each equipped with a shower (and bathtub), double vanity, LED mirror and separate toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and an elegant dressing table. From here you have access to the terrace and can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. Each bedroom has a sea view and is equipped with blackout blinds.
Parking spaces for several cars are available directly at the house.
