Spanning three floors with a living area of 450m², Villa Prestige accommodates a total of 10+2 guests in 5 rooms with king-size double beds and en-suite bathrooms.
On the ground floor, you'll find a traditional Konoba with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, guest toilet, and one of the bedrooms with its own bathroom. The Konoba opens completely towards the garden through large sliding doors, leading to a barbecue area and a covered terrace, perfect for outdoor gatherings.
The first floor houses a spacious living room with a cozy sofa, dining area, modern kitchen, and an additional bathroom. Here, you'll also find the fitness room with sauna and another bathroom. From this floor, you can access the pool terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and elegant lounge furniture. The heated pool, sized at 24m² and with a depth of 1.5m, invites you to swim and unwind.
The second floor features more bedrooms, all with double beds, spacious bathrooms, and balconies or terraces with stunning sea views. Towels and bed linen are provided, and complimentary Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available in all rooms.
The villa is flooded with natural light, offering breathtaking sea views through large windows. A Mediterranean garden and a children's playground complement the property, while parking is available on-site.
Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs, up to 18kg in weight. Surcharge 25 EUR per day, per animal).
