Villa Goran is a villa built in the Dalmatian style with a stone facade.
The villa features two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a bedroom with a double bed on the 2nd floor. There are two bathrooms available. In total, Villa Goran can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
The villa boasts a large terrace with a private, heated swimming pool of 24m², as well as a pergola with a seating area and grill.
The living area is 210m² and all areas are air-conditioned.
On the ground floor of the house, you'll find a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and the dining area for 6-8 people, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine, as well as access to the terrace.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and the terrace with a breathtaking sea view. On the 2nd floor, there's another bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living area with a couch that provides sleeping space for 2 additional people.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided.
The garden is landscaped with Mediterranean plants, olive trees, and palms, surrounded by cascading walls.
Pets are welcome (maximum 3 dogs, max. weight 25kg). Parking spaces for multiple cars are directly at the house, on the property reserved for guests.
