Villa Vikki is a holiday villa built in the Dalmatian style with a stone facade. The house features three bedrooms and four bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people.
On the spacious outdoor terrace, you'll find the heated swimming pool with a waterfall, sun loungers, lounge furniture, as well as a large, covered pergola with a summer kitchen and grill, and a seating area with a dining table.
The living area spans 360m² and all spaces are air-conditioned.
On the ground floor of the house, there's a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine, as well as access to the terrace.
The first floor has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a terrace with sea views.
On the second floor, you'll find another bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed for 2 people, and a bathroom.
In the basement, there's a wine cellar and a large Konoba. The Konoba features a fully equipped kitchen, seating for 12 people, a fireplace that doubles as a grill, and a bread or pizza wood-fired oven. Additionally, there's a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as pool towels, are provided.
Villa Vikki is situated on a 600m² plot of land, approximately 1.4 km from the old town of Makarska. The garden is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, olive trees, and palms, surrounded by cascading walls, providing privacy and security.
Parking is reserved for guests on the property.
A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
Pets are welcome (maximum 3 dogs, max. weight 25kg)
