Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 270 m² air-conditioned villa with swimming pool for rent in Belgodère, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises an attractive 60 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, five shower rooms and a 200 m² garden.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
Ground floor:
- The 4 bedrooms have queen-size beds (160×200) with en-suite shower rooms and covered terraces.

- 60 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining table
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A private swimming pool (8mx4mx1.4m), covered with electric shutter, heated and open from March to November (unheated in July/August). Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change.
- A beautiful 200 m² garden
- A first-floor terrace and a 45 m² ground-floor covered terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather.
- A 60 m² terrace on the 1st floor
The house is ideally located in Belgodère, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, close to the town and beaches.
