Ideally located, just a few dozen meters away on foot, you'll find the beaches, all the shops, two diving centers and dayboat rentals, as well as a wide choice of restaurants and bars.
The pier for the port of Toulon and the island of Porquerolles is a 2-minute walk away.
The village's beaches are all within walking distance from the house, as are the many wild coves along the "chemin des douaniers" (customs path) that circles the peninsula.This elegant house in Saint Mandrier village offers exceptional living space on three levels.
On the second floor, you'll find a magnificent master suite, offering comfort and privacy.
On the ground floor, a bright dining room with high ceilings, a modern open kitchen, a cozy living room and a children's bedroom with bunk beds.
There's also a shower room with WC.
The lower part of the villa offers a cosy living room with TV and direct access to the garden, an additional bedroom with 2 beds 90 that can be glued together, a shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry room with access to the garden.
There's a lovely garden and terrace where you can enjoy meals and sunbathe.
