Villa Rawna is located in Rovanjska, at the foot of the mountain Velebit. This modernly built villa offers its guests undisturbed privacy with parallel views of the sea and the nearby mountains. It is definitely a wonderful combination that you will enjoy with all your senses. The villa has a total area of 786 m2 and the living area of the unit is 365 m2. Villa Rawna is suitable for up to 12 people in six modern bedrooms and all units are air-conditioned and equipped with the latest appliances. One of the bedrooms is located on the second floor of the villa, while the other rooms are located on the upper floors. All rooms are equipped with luxurious bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Very attractive is also that guests can choose ? whether they want to enjoy a room with sea view or a room with a view of the huge, beautiful Velebit. The little ones will surely enjoy the colorful children's room, suitable both for relaxing and playing, as it is equipped with a small drawing table, a tent, picture books and the like. On the second floor of the villa there is a modern kitchen with all necessary facilities. The center of the kitchen is dominated by an attractive kitchen island, right next to it is a dining table with seating for six. This villa also has an outdoor dining area with 12 seats and is certainly the right place to enjoy outdoor culinary specialties. The spacious living room opens directly to the outdoor terrace. In the villa's courtyard there is a 50 m² swimming pool with an additional hydro-massage option, surrounded by a total of eight sun loungers. In the courtyard, guests can also use a charcoal or wood grill during their stay at the villa. This villa will also delight the youngest guests as it has an impressive outdoor playground with a trampoline, slide and other facilities for children, but adults will certainly not get bored with additional content such as darts or PlayStation, Jacuzzi, sauna and fitness equipment. The location of this stunning villa offers you the much-needed peace and quiet, while at the same time you can enjoy entertaining activities like the Velebit Quad Safari thanks to the rich amenities. What we would definitely recommend you to visit near this villa is, of course, the village of Rovanjska, whose bay is located at the end of the Velebit channel. The surroundings of Velebit enrich this area with its parks, caves, promenades and cycling paths, so you can definitely choose which of the above activities you want to enjoy. Rovanjska is mostly known for its olive growing and fishing, so you should not miss the gastronomic challenges in the nearby restaurants. Paklenica National Park near Starigrad is the perfect place for an excursion with family and friends, and will especially delight fans of serious hikers and professional climbers. The town of Starigrad itself is full of social events during the summer months, and you can enjoy swimming or adrenaline sports on the sea at the beautiful beaches. If you wish, you can also visit the nearby city of Zadar, one of the most beautiful cities in Dalmatia, located only about 20 minutes by car from Rovanjska. Besides the world famous attractions Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun, in Zadar you will find countless cultural and historical monuments or social events that you will enjoy together with the locals.
