Welcome to our charming vacation villa, perfect for groups and large families. With a capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, this house is the ideal place for your holidays. The villa has 3 double bedrooms: each equipped with a 1.60 meter double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds perfect for friends or children, and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed: ideal for the little ones or young people. There are 2 full bathrooms: one with a shower and another with a bathtub to relax after a day of exploration, and 1 guest toilet for added convenience.
The indoor dining room with impressive views of the sea, spanning the entire Gulf of Roses and L'Escala, has access to the pool and terrace with an outdoor dining area, equipped with a plancha barbecue, ideal for preparing delicious grilled meat, fish, or vegetables.
Enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool or relax in the lounge area, both inside the house and outside with sea views, perfect for lazy afternoons.
Our villa is equipped with everything necessary for a perfect vacation. From cozy indoor spaces to outdoor areas designed for relaxation and entertainment, you will find everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay. It has air conditioning in the dining room, a Nespresso coffee maker, TV with different languages, and WiFi. Pets are not allowed.

Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
