Located on the 3rd and top floor of a secure residence with janitor, built in the 70's, this elegant T3 (two-bedroom) apartment of approx. 53 m² with balcony and parking offers an ideal vacation setting.
The spacious entrance hall leads to a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, conventional oven, microwave, induction hob (three burners), hood and dishwasher. There's also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a toilet. The two bedrooms each have two 90 cm beds, making a total of four beds. The west-facing living room opens onto a balcony with a magnificent view of the Arcachon basin and the famous cabanes tchanquées.
The apartment includes a named parking space in the basement and an Internet/WIFI connection. Direct, private access to the beach is available from the residence. Tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, the apartment is in excellent condition and easy to maintain thanks to its tiled floor. Its location is ideal: the first shop (Carrefour Market) is 600 meters away, the Arcachon market is a 20-minute walk away, and the Moulleau district is a 5-minute drive.
Pets are not allowed. Linen is not provided, but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (membership optional). Cleaning on departure is included, subject to normal and regular maintenance during the stay.
