Let yourself be charmed by our 65 m² apartment in St-Jean-de-Maurienne. Enjoy spacious, comfortable rooms and a 15 m² private terrace with breathtaking views. The apartment combines modern amenities (fully equipped kitchen, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, TV) with contemporary Savoyard charm. Perfect for relaxing with family and friends, or for a business trip!
Living room and kitchen:
The spacious 25 m² living room is bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows that open onto the 15 m² private terrace. This living room features a double sofa bed, ideal for accommodating additional guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, as well as appliances such as a toaster and raclette and fondue equipment. It's designed so you can prepare and enjoy your meals in complete convenience.
Bedrooms:
The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, providing a comfortable space to rest. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds, perfect for children or friends. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary Savoyard style, combining charm and modernity. Please note that linen is not included in the price of the reservation (see "Important information" below).
Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, sink and storage for your personal belongings.
Terrace:
The 15 m² terrace is a real asset, offering a peaceful outdoor space where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding mountains. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or share an alfresco dinner.
Other facilities:
The apartment is equipped with a fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection, ideal for staying connected during your stay. A TV is also at your disposal for your moments of relaxation.

If arrival and departure times are a problem for you, we may be able to adjust them to suit your needs. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities!
Linen is not included in reservations. You can bring your own or we can provide them for an additional charge of €12 per person. If you are interested in this service, a payment link will be sent to you before your arrival.
A security deposit of €1,000 may be required at the time of booking. For this, we use the secure online service Swikly, which allows you to deposit your deposit online, without impacting your bank limit. This deposit will be used to cover any damage, and will be returned to you in full on departure.
