The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This 35 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It's located in the heart of Les Orres 1800, just a few steps from all the resort's shops (restaurants, supermarket, boulzngerie...) and entertainment.
Make the most of its 2nd-floor balcony overlooking the shopping square and surrounding mountains to read your favorite book, have breakfast in the sun or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall with storage space leading to the sleeping area, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, a living room with dining table and sitting area, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
Sleeping arrangements include a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the bedroom, two 80 x 190 cm single beds in the sleeping area and a convertible sofa bed for 2 people.
There's also a private ski box for storing your winter sports equipment, as well as unlimited access to the residence's outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins, open in season only, summer and winter.
A LITTLE EXTRA: you can reserve a parking space in the underground parking lot with direct elevator access to the apartment (extra charge, subject to availability).
