The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This pleasant 42 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the garden level, you'll enjoy direct access to the outside from its terrace, which offers a lovely view of the slopes and surrounding mountains.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall with storage space leading to the sleeping area, a beautifully renovated kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, a bathroom with a bathtub to relax in after a day's sport, a bedroom and a separate toilet.
Sleeping facilities include a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the bedroom, two 80 x 190 cm single beds in the sleeping area and a 2-person sofa bed in the living room.
This apartment is ideally located in the heart of the shopping area of Les Orres 1800, with all its shops (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski rental, etc.) and entertainment.
For a "ski-in, ski-out" stay, put on your skis and go straight to the slopes from the ski locker, where you'll have a private box to store your equipment.
Relax with unlimited access to the residence's superb heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins, open only in season, summer and winter.
For an unrestricted vacation experience, a parking space in the residence's underground parking lot with direct elevator access is available (extra charge).
