The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 65 m² house for rent in Argelès-sur-Mer, 3 km from the sea, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. There's also a 3,000 m² garden for you to enjoy! Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation includes :
- A 20 m² living room with two double sofa beds, a single bed (90×190) and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., and a dining area
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed, secure and private garden of 3,000 m², large wood of hackberry trees entirely shaded along the Massane. At your disposal: garden table, outdoor chairs and deckchairs, children's games box and playground equipment.
The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. The property's hackberry woodland creates an intimate and peaceful atmosphere. All the essential shops are just a 5-minute walk away, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
