Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Canet-en-Roussillon, we offer this charming 30 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. There is also a 10 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 15 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared, secure, unheated swimming pool open from 1 June to 30 September
- A 19 m² terrace with furniture and parasol
- A 10 m² garden to make the most of fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment just 5 minutes' walk from the beach. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities:
- Various activities such as the "Oniria" aquarium, the beach, beach clubs, a superb mini-golf course, boat and jet ski hire, parasailing, tennis/padel, hiking, numerous cycling circuits, swimming pool, skiing in winter, tourist activities all year round.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (1 vehicle) or in the nearby public car parks.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Perpignan, about 14 km away (16 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan, about 17 km away (19 min by car)
- There is a bus service opposite the residence.
