Stay in the heart of Marseille in this renovated 81 m2 2-bedroom ground-floor apartment, ideally located between Place Castellane and Stade Vélodrome. Refurbished and air-conditioned. Shops, metro and bus nearby.
Space
Our 81 m² apartment is located on boulevard Périer, on the first floor of a beautiful old building. Air-conditioned and tastefully renovated, it's 1 min from the Périer metro station and 15 min from the Stade Vélodrome. Equipped kitchen, living room with armchairs and sofas, office area. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Close to transport, Place Castellane and shops. Pay parking 5 minutes' walk away. All the comforts for a perfect stay.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 250

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum next door, the Palais du Pharo), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. Nearby, you'll find many restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as a wide range of shops for your shopping needs.
