Welcome to La Douce Folie!
Located in the heart of Sevrier and 200 meters from the lake, discover a charming apartment, ideal for your family vacation! Perfect for 4/5 people, this apartment features two bedrooms, separate toilet, bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, living room and large terrace with mountain views.
The lake and municipal beach are less than 3 minutes' walk away!
The first bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed and a large dressing room.
The second bedroom has a 140x200cm double bed and a 90x200cm raised single bed, as well as a large closet.
The entrance hall also features ample storage space.
Television and high-speed WiFi, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fruit press. The apartment is also equipped with washing machine/dryer, ironing board + iron and hairdryer.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
Linen is provided for your stay. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. You can leave your car in the condominium parking lot (no private parking space). Bicycle storage is also available.
Sévrier is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountainous setting. Enjoy the mountains, the harbor and the beaches! The magnificent town of Annecy is just 4 kilometers away.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day of arrival. Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
