Welcome to Bleu du Lac!
Located in the heart of Sevrier and close to all amenities, discover a beautiful, comfortable apartment just 150 meters from the lake!
Ideal for 2 to 4 people, this apartment, located on the 1st floor without an elevator, comprises a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm),
separate toilet, bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room with 140x200cm closet bed and west-facing sunset terrace.
Television and high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machines (filter and Italian). The cycle path linking Annecy to the end of the lake is less than 100 meters from the apartment, and you can leave your bicycles in a bike park.
Linen is provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment, and smoking is not permitted inside.
️A parking space is included with the accommodation.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance, you'll easily be able to do without your car for your stay!
Sévrier is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting. Take advantage of its lakeside walks, hiking trails, harbor and beaches!
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
