Discover the city center with its lively market, cobbled streets and magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.
It is composed as follows:
Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, living room with fireplace, first bedroom with 180x200cm bed and en-suite shower room.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 180x200cm beds. The first has its own shower room. The second has a spa bath and private WC.
Enjoy the terrace after a day on the lake or in the mountains.
All rooms are equipped with TV. The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, air conditioning and all you need for a pleasant stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dryer...
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided for your stay.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 15-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
