2-person apartment with breathtaking lake and mountain views!
Welcome to Duingt!
Located on the shores of Lake Annecy and just a two-minute walk from the historic center of Duingt and all its shops, discover a fully-equipped lakeside apartment!
Ideal for 2 people, its location is perfect for a successful vacation.
The residence has private parking and bike storage, and is located on the edge of the cycle path. If you'd like to rent a bike, there's a bike café just 300 meters away.
Accommodation:
The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator and has two balconies. It is equipped with a TV, WiFi and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The bedroom has a double bed and storage space, and there's a sofa bed in the living room.
Linen is provided for your stay.
Non-smoking accommodation, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
️ A parking space is included with the reservation.
Please note: the accommodation is on the roadside although facing the lake, some nuisance may occur with open windows... The interior of the apartment is well insulated with double glazing.
Close to shops, restaurants, buses and cycle paths, you can leave your car in the condominium parking lot and explore the old village of Duingt on foot.
Also known as "the pearl of the lake", Duingt is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
