Welcome to Bredannaz!
Nestled on a hill overlooking the lake, this modern apartment is perfect for your family vacation.
Perfectly equipped, it's situated between the lake and the cycle path. Opposite the parking lot is the "Au coup de pompe" cycling café, where you can rent bikes or just have a drink in summer!
Accommodation :
The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious living room, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. From the living room's large bay windows, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. Enjoy breakfast in the sun on the west-facing terrace.
Upstairs you'll find the bedrooms, both with double beds and storage space, as well as a children's relaxation room and WC.
Please note: the road running alongside the lake is about 30 m below the terrace, from which you can hear the passing cars. However, the apartment is double-glazed, so there's no nuisance inside.
A garage for bikes or motorcycles is also available.
You will be welcomed by our concierge between 4pm and 9pm, with the possibility of arriving earlier if the accommodation is already free. After 9pm, a supplement of €20 will be charged if an independent arrival solution cannot be found.
Departure is by 10am.
