Quiet apartment with terrace just a stone's throw from the lake in a new residence on the cycle path
Welcome to Duingt!
Called the pearl of the lake, come and discover a magnificent little lakeside village whose spectacular views are matched only by the friendliness of its inhabitants!
The apartment is ideally located: the lake is 150m away, bike rental, outdoor bar, cycle path and supermarket 50m away!
Duingt's two beaches are just a few hundred meters away.
The accommodation is very well equipped: high-speed WiFi and high-definition TV in the living room, espresso machine, raclette machine...
The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds.
You can leave your car at home for the duration of your stay - everything can be done on foot or by bike!
Shared parking + underground parking space.
Household linen is provided free of charge for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment, non-smoking accommodation.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator.
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and you can leave your car in the condominium parking lot during your stay.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a 20€ supplement will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
