Apartment for 4 people in a residence with direct access to the lake!
Welcome to Duingt!
Located on the 5th floor (with elevator!) of the Les Libellules residence, discover a fully-equipped apartment for a successful family vacation. With friends, too!
Whatever the season, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains.
The residence overlooks the lake, and there are several ways to access the water, either via the pontoons or the steps leading down to the lake through the beautiful Greek-style arch.
The apartment
This apartment is a duplex, on level zero you'll find a large living/dining room with balcony overlooking the lake, a vast fitted kitchen (oven, Nespresso AND filter coffee machines, toaster, kettle...) and toilets.
Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms with queen-size beds and storage space, as well as the bathroom.
For those with reduced mobility, please note that access to the bedrooms is via a staircase.
The apartment is also equipped with a TV and fiber-optic internet connection to keep your teenagers busy!
The residence has an enclosed private parking lot, with a space waiting for you.
Bike racks are located at the entrance to the building, which like the parking lot is fenced off.
The cycle path is right in front of the residence, as cycling is the best way to get around during busy tourist periods. Why not cycle around the lake during your stay?

Arrivals are from 4 p.m., if the accommodation is close before, our concierge may be able to welcome you earlier. After 9 p.m., if an independent arrival solution is not possible, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
Departures are by 10am.
