Welcome to Duingt!
Located 150 meters from the lake and a two-minute walk from the historic center of Duingt and all its shops, discover a fully-equipped apartment ideal for your vacation! The bike path is right in front of the apartment, and the Duingt bike café is just 30 meters away if you'd like to rent bikes. The residence also has a bicycle storage room.
Duingt's two beaches are a 5-minute walk away.

Located in a residence built in 2023.
The tastefully decorated apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator and has a terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs. It is equipped with TV, WiFi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and storage space.
Linen is provided for your stay.
Non-smoking accommodation, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
️ A parking space is reserved for you both outside and underground.
Close to shops, restaurants, buses and cycle paths, you can leave your car in the condominium parking lot and explore the old village of Duingt on foot.
Also known as "the pearl of the lake", Duingt is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
