Welcome to Duingt!
Located 150 meters from the lake and just a two-minute walk from the historic center of Duingt and all its shops, discover a fully-equipped apartment ideal for your vacation! The bike path is right in front of the apartment, and the Duingt bike café is just 30 meters away if you'd like to rent bikes. The residence also has a bicycle storage room.
Duingt's two beaches are a 5-minute walk away.

Located in a residence built in 2023.
The tastefully decorated apartment is on the first floor and has a terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs, as well as a garden with mountain views. It is equipped with TV, laundry facilities and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and storage space.
Linen is provided for your stay.
Non-smoking accommodation, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Close to shops, restaurants, bus and cycle path you can leave the car at the condominium parking lot and set off to discover the old village of Duingt on foot.
Also known as "the pearl of the lake", Duingt is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
