Splendid 65 m2 two-bedroom apartment facing the sea, opposite the famous Salis beach in Antibes. This apartment is located in a secure residence with a swimming pool. Fully equipped and well-maintained, this apartment is ideal for family stays between the beach and the pool. It has WIFI and a private parking space in the basement, right next to Antibes town center.

Space

This sunny apartment is ideally located facing the sea, opposite the Salis beach in a secure residence.

It is composed as follows:

- Spacious entrance with storage space

- Living room with TV corner, coffee table and access to the sea-facing terrace. In the same living room is a dining area with a table for 6 people, which can be used as a workspace for business trips.
- The living room also has a sleeping area with a foldaway bed (140x200 cm) for 2 people.

- A separate toilet is accessible from the entrance, with a washbasin (renovated in 2024).

- In the corridor, you'll have access to all the cupboards with hangers, closets and shelves.

- The kitchen is self-contained and fully equipped: microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (Nespresso capsule) + filter coffee machine, kettle, blender, crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, hob, fridge with freezer compartment.
- The kitchen has a bay window giving access to a balcony overlooking the residence's swimming pool. On this balcony is a storage area, a table for 2 and a clothesline.

- The sleeping area has a door leading to :
- A storage area with household utensils, including a vacuum cleaner.
- Bathroom with double washbasin, shower, large mirror and hairdryer
- Bedroom with 160x200 cm bed, wardrobe and fan. The bedroom opens onto the balcony facing the pool (the balcony communicates with the kitchen).

The apartment is very well maintained and has a WIFI connection.

A parking space is included in the rental, outside with enclosed parking, for a city car (assigned space).

Access

Travelers have access to the entire apartment, except for a small closet in the living room where personal belongings are stored.

Interaction

The apartment is managed by a professional company based in Antibes who will be in charge of welcoming you and helping you throughout your stay.
Arrivals are between 4pm and 8pm. Please give us a precise time of arrival at the latest the day before your arrival so that someone can come to the apartment to hand over the keys and show you around.

Departures are at 10 am. Please contact our team if you wish to leave before or after this time.

Neighborhood

This apartment is located in the famous Antibes neighborhood known as "la Salis". Known for its fine sandy beaches and superb seaside atmosphere, la Salis beach is the last beach in Antibes before entering the Cap d'Antibes, just after the Ponteil beach. It's one of Antibes' best-known beaches and attracts many holidaymakers in summer.

This beach is in direct contact with the road. Families with children will therefore prefer the Plage du Ponteil (200 m away), which is better protected.

Beautiful views of Cap d'Antibes, the old town and the small fishing port of La Salis.

Transit

To get to this beach from downtown Antibes, take Avenue Albert 1 er, then at sea level turn right towards Cap d'Antibes. The beach is just before Cap d'Antibes (always keep to the left when driving along the seafront).

Everything is within walking distance. Located in a residential area, just stroll along the seafront in the Salais district and enjoy the nearby stores.
Public parking is available in front of the Ponteil beach.


Antibes SNCF train station 1.9 km and Juan les Pins SNCF train station 2.2 km away.
By car: A8 freeway, Antibes exit
Secure Ponteil parking available 450 meters from the apartment: approx. 60 euros/week
Nice airport (a bus takes you close to the apartment)

Notes

Linen is included in the reservation. A linen kit will be provided for each bed, depending on the number of guests on arrival.
A shower towel (medium size) will also be provided per person on arrival.
A tea towel, bath mat and roll of toilet paper will be provided on arrival.

The swimming pool is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. every day EXCEPT Sundays and public holidays.
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. Dishes must be cleaned and rubbish disposed of.

The elevator will be out of service from 2/04/2024 to 25/04/2024 for minor renovations undertaken by the co-ownership.

Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.

If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.

Pool/beach towels are not included.

Soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, and coffee are not available.
