This almost 80 m2 three-bedroom apartment located in the famous Safranier district of antibes viellle ville offers a private jacuzzi and all amenities within walking distance.
Space
This beautiful apartment can accommodate up to 6 travelers and is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A living room with a 140cm double sofa bed and wall-mounted TV screen
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and a dining table
Finished basement:
- A first bedroom with a 180cm deluxe double bed and TV
- A second bedroom with a 180cm deluxe double bed and TV

Our company is in Antibes, a 5-minute walk away, and someone will come to the front entrance of the building to check in and answer any questions you may have about the apartment or the area.

Neighbourhood
Right in the heart of Old Antibes, a neighborhood that's a little out of the ordinary is hidden away near the covered market and the Promenade de l'Amiral de Grasse: the commune libre du Safranier. This district, made up of just a few narrow streets, is independent of the Antibes commune and has its own mayor! Made up of restored village houses, it exudes calm and tranquillity.
For the uninitiated, the Safranier commune is not easy to find. From Antibes town hall, walk up Cours Masséna under the covered market, then turn right into Rue de la Pompe. Immediately on your left is Rue du Bas Castelet, one of the Safranier district's entry points.
Rue du Bas Castelet climbs slightly for a hundred meters or so, with a slight step, to join Rue du Haut Castelet. This is undoubtedly one of Antibes' most flower-filled districts.
The Safranier district is very popular, and very few accommodations are available, especially for holidaymakers.
Notes
Linen and towels are included in your reservation (one kit per bed and for the number of people noted on the reservation, 1 towel per person).
Toiletries are also provided for each guest (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
This apartment is located on a pedestrian street and is not accessible by car.
Jaccuzzi rule
Rules for using the Jacuzzi heater:
1 - Turn on the filtration if the water is not at temperature.
2 - Press the arrows on the heater to increase or decrease the temperature.
WARNING: THE JACUZZI HEATS UP BY 1 DEGREE EVERY 20 MINUTES.
(the ambient temperature is 22 degrees; the ideal temperature is between 28 and 31 degrees, so allow 3 hours to reach the desired temperature).
- filtration runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. every day. If the filtration doesn't work or if you turn it off, the water will no longer be heated.
- Do not touch the blue valves without authorization or any other button on the machinery, otherwise it may malfunction.
- the "bubbles" buttons are located on the wall in the stairwell.

Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
Soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, and coffee are not available.
